Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders received before 2pm each working day. All orders received after that will be shipped on the next working day.

UK mainland orders under 10kg £4.99
UK mainland orders over 10kg £9.99 (e.g. Snowboards have a volume shipping weight of over 10kg)

Returns & Replacements

If you are not, in anyway, happy with your order:    

Send it back in it origonal conditon within 14 days for a refund.

We will process your refund within 3 working days of the items being signed for at our address.

We will refund P&P both ways on items that are faulty or dispatched incorrectly, we do not refund the shipping costs on items ordered incorrectly.

Ordering

Placing and order is the offer to buy at that price

To protect us from errors in our site (EO&E) an order is only placed when the confirmation invoice is sent back to you via email.

Only after that invoice has been sent do we take funds from your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel and refund (in full) any order.

Viewing Orders

Customers will be emailed order details and further emails to update them of the order process. Customer that create accounts with us can log into their account online and see the progress of all their orders including delivery payment and tracking information.

 

 

Updating Account Information

Please log into your account at any time to update/delete your account information, by using the My Account link at the top of each page.

S4 Does NOT store any credit or debit card  number for orders processed through our site.

S4 do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
